Pour the mixture into the baking pan, cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 60 to 80 minutes, until the surface is firm.

Remove the foil, let it cool, then cover it again with foil and leave it at room temperature overnight.

Turn the mochies out onto a cutting board and cut into small cubes. with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with cornstarch.
