Donuts are a favorite dessert that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. In this recipe, we combine the crunchy texture of donuts with the unique benefits of Matcha Ninja . With chia seeds and coconut oil, this matcha donut recipe is also healthy and is a great choice for those looking for a more nutritious option for their dessert.

Ingredients for matcha donuts:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  4. Using a spoon, fill the donut cases that we have lightly greased with coconut oil.
  5. Bake at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes, turning the donuts on both sides after 5 minutes of baking, until golden brown.
